Refund Policy

At Mucobega Hotels, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy for summer reservations is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring fair treatment for all our guests.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for summer reservations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 31 days or more before the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date will receive a partial refund, minus a 40% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 15 of the scheduled arrival date.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our reservations team at +355 695 883 146 and provide your booking details. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the cancellation request.

Exceptions

Exceptions to our refund policy may be granted in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or government-imposed travel restrictions. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you qualify for an exception.

Changes to Your Reservation

If you need to modify your reservation, please contact us at least 31 days before your scheduled arrival date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
