Pulëbardha Beach
Pulëbardha Beach, also known as Seagull’s Beach, is a hidden gem located between Saranda and Ksamil in Albania1. It’s an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by a rocky yet green landscape, with turquoise-colored water that is extremely clear1.
The beach is accessible by a bus that runs between Saranda and Butrint every hour1. You can tell the driver to stop at Plazhi i Pulëbardhes, and from there, it’s a 20-minute walk to the beach1. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rent a car, but be aware that the final part of the journey involves a dirt road that is not in good condition1.
Once you reach the beach, you’ll find a restaurant perched on the rocks, offering stunning views of the clear turquoise water, the beach, and Saranda’s bay1. You can even see Lekursi Castle in the distance1. There’s also another beach bar hidden behind the rocks, and beach beds and umbrellas are available for rent1.
Pulëbardha Beach is a perfect place to escape the town, relax, and enjoy the beautiful views1. It’s a must-visit when you’re in Saranda1.
